LXB was tasked by DESJARDINS Card Services with developing a promotional strategy for the ACCORD D financing program targeting merchants and retailers across Canada. The approach included an annual activation campaign using interactive channels (email and microsite), plus direct marketing tools that enabled the DESJARDINS team to communicate directly and regularly with sales reps to boost ACCORD D product adoption. A year-long “Win-Win with ACCORD D” promotion urged sales staff promoting ACCORD D to register and compile stats on their ACCORD D transactions on a dedicated microsite in order to qualify for cash draws and a chance to win a $5,000 vacation getaway.
