About Us

Since 2007 LXB has been designing and producing professional programs aimed at patients. To date, over 20 “Plan to Stay in Shape Today!” (PSST!) Programs have been rolled out at all Familiprix stores. These simple yet comprehensive programs featuring kits, guides, and interactive tools help set the banner apart by providing information on various health topics in an innovative way. LXB has also designed Familiprix promotional campaigns and was responsible for the strategy development and design of the familiprix.com website.

A pharmaceutical banner has few means to set itself apart from the competition. There is, of course, the brand itself (Familiprix) and its own products (Biomedic, Essentiel), but what else is there? What would help Familiprix definitively stand out?

 

All pharmacy chains try to convince customers that they have the best health professionals and advice. Each one uses different tools to explain better and increase compliance with treatment, but none have bundled them all together under a strong brand identity. Capitalizing on the “Aha!” interjection that has built awareness of the Familiprix brand, LXB created the PSST! (Plan to Stay in Shape Today) Programs.

 

PSST! is a series of interactive programs that educate patients about their illnesses and offer advice on prevention. Their originality stems from the fact that they are interactive. Patients must take action—via the website or a guide provided at the pharmacy—to better assimilate the information, a very simple communication principle based on the idea that the more our senses are solicited, the better we retain information.

 

Two years after the launch of PSST! and with over twenty programs dealing with a range of topics, including diabetes, foot health, skin care, and hypertension, tens of thousands of patients have had access to valuable information. Other programs are still being added and renewal requests continue. PSST! is a recognized trademark that is unique to Familiprix, and sets it clearly apart.
